How It Works
1. Submit Your Claim
Fill out a simple application in just 2 minutes. We only need basic information about your flight to start the process.
2. We Process Your Case
Our experts evaluate the claim, gather all necessary documentation, and contact the airline on your behalf. You don't need to worry about complex communications or paperwork.
3. You Get Compensated
When the case is resolved, you receive the compensation paid directly to your account. We only take a fee if you get compensated, so you take no risk.
More About the Process
Step 1: You Submit a Claim
You fill out a simple application on our website. If you have a boarding pass or other documents, it's good to send them along, but it's not necessary to start the process.
Step 2: Confirmation and Assessment
We review your application and assess whether you are entitled to compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004. We confirm information about the flight, delay or cancellation, and reasons for the disruption. We have access to databases that help us verify this information.
Step 3: Communication with the Airline
We send a formal claim to the airline on your behalf. We know the right process, the right contacts, and how to word the claim to maximize the chances of success. If the airline rejects the claim initially, we have the experience and knowledge to respond to their objections.
Step 4: Follow-up
We follow up on the case and keep you informed of its progress. If the airline does not respond or refuses to pay, we can take the case further if necessary. You don't need to worry about this process - we handle everything.
Step 5: Compensation Payment
When the airline agrees to pay compensation, we ensure that it is transferred to you as quickly as possible. We deduct our 30% service fee, along with any applicable banking fees, and transfer the remaining amount directly to your account. You will be notified as soon as the payment is processed.
Airlines often try to avoid paying compensation, but we know your rights and can ensure you get what you're entitled to.
